Employment Opportunity – Graduate Engineers

The company seeks to appoint self-reliant, resourceful, and dedicated University Engineer Graduates seeking an exciting career working in an expanding management team in Papua New Guinea.

The successful applicants will undergo a period of intensive management and technical training as part of a NBPOL Management Mill/Engineer Cadet Training Programme and will be placed at an NBPOL Mill for further on-the-job training at one of the NBPOL sites.

The company seeks suitably qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer graduates with all the following attributes:

  1. 1. Formal Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification from a recognised university.
  2. 2. Acquired a final university year GPA of 2.6 or above.
  3. 3. Be fit and willing to work in an Oil Palm Mill, Copra Mill, or Oil Palm Refinery environment.
  4. 4. Very good interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
  5. 5. Is disciplined, responsible, medically fit, of sober habits and will work to company rules and policies.
  6. 6. Is computer literate with intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  7. 7. Is vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.

The package includes:
